Takane No Hana Volume 1 Afterword

Afterword

This is Yuusaku Sakaishi. Thank you for picking up this book.

I’m really bad at controlling page counts, so the space for my afterword ended up being quite tight. I’ve messed this up with other works as well. Sorry about that…

This work, “Rich Girl Caretaker,” is a romcom set at a school where the children of the wealthy gather. If you like romcoms or Ojou-sama heroines, I hope you’ll enjoy it. The heroines here are rich, gorgeous, elegant, and noble… and because of that, they also tend to have all sorts of worries. If you could love these heroines, with all their troubles, I’d be truly happy.

[Acknowledgements]

I’m deeply grateful to everyone involved—editors, proofreaders, and so on—for all their support in bringing this work to life. Miwabe Sakura-sensei, thank you so much for creating such wonderful illustrations. You drew all kinds of Ojou-samas, and each one is so unique and absolutely charming.

And finally, my utmost gratitude to everyone who picked up this book.

A high school boy, Itsuki Tomonari, gets involved in a kidnapping and ends up taking care of Hinako Konohana, a young lady from one of Japan’s largest conglomerates. On the surface, Hinako seems to be a brilliant and charming girl, but in reality, she is a lazy girl with no life skills. However, due to family reasons, Hinako has to play the role of the “perfect young lady” at school. Wanting to protect her, Itsuki takes care of her in a very caring manner. Eventually, Hinako begins to fawn on Itsuki with all her might… “Now…if Itsuki isn’t around, I would hate it.” This is a love story that begins with a cute young lady with a gap that transcends the master-servant relationship.
